This is my August Cover! I wanted to try something new this month and start having themes for all of my months soooooo, some how, some way, I decided to have a city theme for this month. So far i think it’s turning out pretty cool! I know im super late but ill post my August “Plan with me” video by tomorrow so check it out and let me know if you guys theme your bujos or journals too 😄😄🕶! BTW- This is the first time i ever use water color, EVER, and let me just say. MOLESKINE is no bueno for water color.

Ive been away from you guys for too LONG! I’ve had a lot of things come up lately that Ive really had to take care of but I’m on my way to being back on track with things which brings me to today’s post. I’m sure you guys have seen it every where you look but I think it’s something everyone should do in their journals, even if it’s only every once in a while. It’s a “Level 10 Life” spread.
I cant stress how important it is to reflect on your life. To be actively and proactively working on yourself and towards the things you want to accomplish. There are going to be times that life will knock you so far down that you have no other option than to ask for help and thats okay. Youll need to sit down and evaluate every part of your life and analyze why or how you got to the point that youre at and what youre going to do to be better or get out of the situation youre in. Im a firm believer in mind over body. It’s all about the attitude you have when you go about things and something like this spread focuses your efforts in a direction thats going to make you feel happier and more satisfied in which ever aspect of your life that youre trying to improve.
I dont want this to just become a rant but i do want everyone to realize how lucky we are to have found a hobby and a community that is supportive and helps people thrive. Journals mean everything to me and I hope they help you achieve anything and everything your heart desires. - Bryant

This is more of a personal post but something I think is kinda of important to share. This is my “100 goals in 10 years” spread. This is only half of it but I only wanted to give you guys a generally idea.

You can tell a lot about a person based on their goals but I cant stress enough, how important they are. They give you focus, they allow you to measure progress and they help you overcome procrastination. Now of course, these are much broader goals. Big big things that I want to do or accomplish within the next ten years but theyre things im working towards on a daily basis with much small and do-able tasks. Seeing these motivate me and push me to worker harder. I feel as though everyone should take out some time to think of a few things you want to accomplish. BIG things. and write it in your journal. ☺️

p.s DOES ANYONE REALIZE HOW HARD IT ACTUALLY IS TO DRAW A SOCCOR BALL? Woowww I was not expecting it to be as hard as it was haha m. That ugly blob took like four tries 😂😂 #motivation

It’s July anddd I have yet to get my summer body hahaha. Ive been working on it for six yearsss anddd nada 😂. But honestly, I wanted to take July a little bit more serious when it came to my fitness and health. I didnt want to micromanage everything I ate or did though so I created this spread. I wanted to start off a bit slow so this is what this spread includes:
• I only want to eat some kind of protein 4x a week. 2 of those days need to be fish.
•3x a week without carbs
•I want to eat fruit almost every day. 6x a week.
•Run at least 5 times a week. I knoww it sounds like a lot lol 😅
•Not have rice at least 3 times a week becausee you knowww…Im latino so rice is a very important part of our cuisine haha.

It’s super simple for me to use and super useful. Also dont mind my very very VERY ugly drawing of an apple. I fixxed it with stickers haha 😂.
